Damages and penalties. The Supplier is only liable for claims and damages from a Data Subject or a third party and administrative penalties from an authority targeting the Customer or otherwise, where the Supplier or a Subcontractor fails to fulfil its obligations according to the Data Processor Agreement and relevant Data Protection Laws. The Customer shall indemnify the Supplier with respect to any claims and damages from a Data Subject or a third party and administrative penalties from an authority caused by the Customer.
