Damages for Breach of Federal Conditions. In the event that any breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement by the Recipient results in the failure of Project Funds to be used pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, or if such breach results in an obligation on the part of the State or any subdivision or agency thereof to reimburse the federal government, the Recipient must immediately reimburse the State or any subdivision or agency thereof in an amount equal to any damages paid by or loss incurred by the State or any subdivision or agency thereof due to such breach.
