Damages Not an Adequate Remedy. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of a Party, the Parties acknowledge and agree that damages would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of this Section 4.1 and the remedies of prohibitory injunctions and other relief are appropriate and may be sought for any threatened or actual breach of any provision of this Section 4.1. No proof of special damages shall be necessary for the enforcement of any Party’s rights under this Section 4.1.
