DAMAGES POLICY. Lessor has the right to assess a charge in a reasonable amount to be determined by the Lessor, to all Lessees of a rental unit to compensate for property damage or for excessive grounds or building maintenance or clean-up of the premises caused by Lessee, any member of the Lessee's household, or guest or other person under the Lessee's control. Lessor will provide Lessee with an itemization of all charges, and Lessee will reimburse Lessor within 10 days of invoice. Failure to do so will result in a 5% late fee per month for the unpaid amount. Lessee(s) will not be charged for reasonable wear and tear.
DAMAGES POLICY. Damage to rooms, fixtures, and furnishings, including the removal of electronics, appliances, equipment, linens, artwork, etc. or any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for that room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest.

Damage to Lodges, the rooms, fixtures, and furnishings, including the removal of electronics, appliances, equipment, linens, artwork, etc. or any damage to lodge property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for that Lodge. Fees will be charged to the registered guest to recover the cost of damaged, broken or missing items from Lodges or Lodge Beachfront Rooms. Our guests have right to quiet enjoyment during their stay. Enforced Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If you become aware of a disruptive guest or situation, please contact the Front Desk staff immediately. If you are found to be responsible for an unreasonable impact on your neighbors, you will be asked to vacate your room without a refund.
DAMAGES POLICY. Renter agrees to take care with gear when in outdoor environments and protect them from fire, weather, and animal related damage, including using proper food storage techniques. For items damaged beyond repair (to include extensive cigarette and campfire smoke-related damage), renters will be charged the full retail replacement cost of the item as posted new on REI, Eastern Mountain Sports, Amazon, or the manufacturer’s website. The security deposit will be surrendered as a payment toward this charge.
