DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS. The University shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property resulting from fire, theft, casualty, or any cause, or personal injuries occurring within the University Residence Halls, unless such casualty or personal injuries are caused directly by or result from negligence of University's agents or employees.
