Common use of Danish Government Clause in Contracts

Danish Government. This Agreement and any amendments, exceptions or additions hereto shall be subject to the approval of the Danish Energy Agency. The Danish Energy Agency shall receive one of the orig- inal executed copies of this Agreement. This Agreement shall in no way limit the authority of the Danish Government or any part thereof to exercise its authority according to the law and the prevailing rules and regulations and which are at any time in force for activities covered by this Agreement.
