By participating in the Plan, the Employee acknowledges that he or she received an Employer Statement translated into Danish, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act. To the extent more favorable to the Employee, the terms set forth in the Employer Statement will apply to the Employee’s participation in the Plan. Notifications
