Common use of Danish Stock Option Act Clause in Contracts

Danish Stock Option Act. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the treatment of the Option upon the Optionee’s termination of employment with the Company or an Eligible Subsidiary, as applicable, shall be governed by the Danish Stock Option Act, as in effect at the time of the Optionee’s termination (as determined by the Committee in its discretion in consultation with leagal counsel). By accepting the Option, the Optionee acknowledges that he or she has received a Danish translation of an Employer Statement, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act.
