Common use of Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops Clause in Contracts

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First Comm, Verizon shall provide First Comm with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First Intrado Comm, Verizon shall provide First Intrado Comm with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Intrado Comm access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommBandwidth, Verizon shall provide First Comm Bandwidth with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm Bandwidth access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommNettalk, Verizon shall provide First Comm Nettalk with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm Nettalk access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommWiMacTel, Verizon shall provide First Comm WiMacTel with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm WiMacTel access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommWCS, Verizon shall provide First Comm WCS with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm WCS access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommGlobetel, Verizon shall provide First Comm Globetel with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm Globetel access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommXXX, Verizon shall provide First Comm XXX with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm XXX access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Dark Fiber Transport and Transitional Provision of Embedded Dark Fiber Loops. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by First CommCBAD, Verizon shall provide First Comm CBAD with access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Dark Fiber Transport, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon will provide First Comm CBAD access to Dark Fiber Transport in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.
