DATA AND TELEPHONE. 1. Data drops and telephone outlets listed below are solely for the connectivity and support of the AV systems and do not include any standard outlets that may also be required for purposes other than supporting the AV systems.
2. Room design will account for Wi-‐Fi coverage with sufficient density for the number of occupants and multiple devices per occupant.

a. Two Data drops to lectern for fixed Mac computer and Laptop connection
3. The following will be placed in the booth operator/rack room:
a. Two RJ45 Data drops (one must be assigned on the video conferencing VLAN);
b. One phone outlet for booth operator on VoIP or analog (standard university phone system); and
c. One Analog phone outlet to accommodate a conference speakerphone.
4. Floor box Data Drop Minimum Requirements:
a. One RJ45 data drop per floor box.

c. One Data drop for the AV control system inside lectern, terminated outlet inside lectern. (or projector in ceiling)
4. Meeting Room type spaces:
a. Two Data drops in meeting room table for laptop and device connection, terminated outlet under table.
b. One Data drop on wall for display monitor (behind monitor).
