DATA AUTHENTICITY AND INTEGRITY; BACKUPS. 6.1. Supplier will take reasonable measures, including audit trails, to protect University Data against deterioration or degradation of data quality and authenticity. 6.2. Supplier will establish and implement regular backup, archiving, and redundancy procedures to ensure that a backup file set that is not more than twenty-four (24) hours old is always available and that University Data is not inadvertently or deliberately discarded without University’s prior written consent. Supplier will not archive or destroy University Data except in accordance with such backup, archiving, and redundancy procedures. Upon the termination or expiration of the Agreement, Supplier shall provide University with thirty (30) days’ written notice of any proposed changes to the backup, archiving, and redundancy procedures.
