Data Collection and Sharing. The District will provide staff with a discipline data system that allows staff to have timely access to discipline incidents for their students. The District will collect student discipline data which reflects date, time, and location of incidents, as well as the person making the referral. Staff members may look over their classroom data or incidents with specific students with an administrator upon request. Overall data will be reviewed and shared with staff members monthly.
