Data Compilation. For each test conditions describe in paragraph xxx, the fourth jth background-corrected results, Ltestcorr,j, and the corresponding one-third-octave spectrums of each side of the vehicle for each individual test shall be averaged separately. The average for each side shall be rounded to the first decimal place. The final values A-weighted sound pressure level result ▇▇▇▇,▇▇, ▇▇▇▇,▇▇, ▇▇▇,▇▇▇ and Lst,fwd, is the lower value of the two averages of each side, rounded to the nearest integer. Data Compilation. Customer consents to CenturyLink’s use of deep packet inspection methods to collect, gather and compile security event log data to look at trends, real or potential threats, and in order to provide and improve Service. CenturyLink may compile or otherwise combine this security event log data with similar data of other customers so long as such data is compiled or combined in a manner that will not in any way reveal the data as being attributable to Customer. Aggregated data may be used to market and communicate to customers or shared to assist in mitigating suspected cybersecurity incidences. Customer specific data will not be shared without Customer’s consent unless otherwise required by law. CenturyLink may retain security event log data for as long as necessary or useful for its uses consistent with this Service Exhibit and with no obligation to provide to Customer beyond the retention periods outlined in the Support Levels section. Additional requirements regarding Customer consent related to use of the Service in the EU will be provided at the time Customer places an order for such Service.

  • Data The statistical, industry-related and market-related data included in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources which the Company reasonably and in good faith believes are reliable and accurate, and such data agree with the sources from which they are derived. The Company has obtained the written consent to the use of such data from such sources to the extent necessary.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS
