Data Exchange Obligations. (a) The parties will cooperate in good faith with respect to reasonable requests for sales information and data, including Sponsorship Customer Data, as defined below, relating to the Team Sponsorship Assets during the Term in order to maximize the Gross Revenue from Representative’s sale of the Team Sponsorship Assets hereunder.
