Data Exporter. 数据导出方 The data exporter under the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010) is the Customer who subscribed to a Cloud Service that allows Authorized Users to enter, amend, use, delete or otherwise process Personal Data. Data Exporter. The data exporter is the Data Controller, as defined in Clause 1 of DPA, or Data Processor, as authorised by Data Controller under Clause 6 of the DPA.
