Data Export. Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor and Vendor Staff are prohibited from: (a) performing any Services outside of the United States; or, (b) sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Confidential Information outside of the United States.
Data Export. Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Firm and those providing Services for Firm under the Agreement are prohibited from: (a) performing any Services outside of the United States; or, (b) sending, transmitting, or accessing any Citizens Confidential Information outside of the United States.
Data Export. You may not export, whether by (i) data export functionality built into the Software; (ii) extraction from the Software interface (e.g. screen scraping); or (iii) otherwise, any data from the UPS Databases and use such data for comparing shipping rates or delivery times with the shipping rates or delivery times of any third party that is not a member of the UPS Parties.
Data Export. Upon termination of the Agreement, and subject to payment of all fees due under this Agreement, Company agrees to provide, in an industry standard format, an export of Customer’s data in accordance with Company’s then-current data export policy at then current standard fees.

Vendor shall use its best efforts to assist Citizens in identifying and preventing any potential or actual unauthorized appropriation, use, or disclosure of any Citizens Data and shall cooperate in promptly remedying such situation. Without limiting the foregoing, Vendor shall: (a) advise Citizens immediately in the event that Vendor learns or has reason to believe that any individual who has or has had access to Citizens Data has violated or intends to violate the terms of this Agreement and Vendor will cooperate with Citizens in seeking injunctive or other equitable relief against any such individual; and, (b) pursuant to Section 501.171, Florida Statutes, where Vendor maintains computerized Citizens Data that includes personal information, as defined in such statute, disclose to Citizens any breach of the security of the system associated with the Citizens Data as soon as practicable, but no later than ten (10) calendar days following the determination of the breach of security or reason to believe the breach occurred.
Data Export. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Jotform shall not be responsible for PHI after It is exported from Jotform HIPAA Enabled Account and It shall be Customer’s responsibility to use and protect exported PHI according to The Regulations. This covers all data export services provided by Jotform.
Data Export. Not export from any Country within the European Economic Area any BPA personal data to any Third Country without BPA's prior written consent such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed provided that BPA has given such consent in relation to the USA;
Data Export. During the Subscription Term and for 30 days afterwards, Customer may export its Customer Data from the Service using the export features described in the Documentation. After this export period, Collibra may delete Customer Data in accordance with its standard schedule and procedures.
Data Export. The Solution shall provide the ability to generate a customizable export of data based on user filters for assets, services, and issues present within the platform.

During the Subscription Term or within 30 days thereafter upon Customer’s written request, Customer may export its Customer Data from the Service using the export features described in the Documentation. After this export period, Miro may delete Customer Data in accordance with its standard schedule and procedures. If Customer elects to proactively delete its account at any time, all associated Customer Data will be deleted permanently and cannot be retrieved.
