Data from Third Party Providers. CRIC shall use commercially reasonable and practical efforts to mitigate the risk that the use by any CRIC Company of data received from third party providers will infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate the Intellectual Property rights of any other Person in each case, in any material manner.
