Data Preservation. Customer will create and preserve reasonable backup copies of its data and other business information and records, perform accuracy checks on a routine basis, and take such other precautions as may reasonably be required to detect and guard against possible malfunctions, loss of data, or unauthorized access to Customer’s computer systems.
Data Preservation. Prior to any intervention by XxxXxxx or its contractors and as a matter of routine, the Restaurateur must: (a) perform a backup of all data and files and (b) run the programs intended to prevent any loss, destruction or alteration of the Restaurant’s data. CLAUSE 4 - CONTACT For any request for Installation Support Services, Maintenance Services, or repair and replacement services, the Restaurateur must contact TheFork Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 22:00 Paris time. CLAUSE 5 - SCOPE OF THEFORK'S INTERVENTION TheFork or its contractors cannot perform Maintenance Services in the following situations: ∙ if the Hardware configuration was changed and/or software added that is not compatible with the core software, ; ∙ the use of consumables that are not compatible with the Hardware; ∙ the use of an unsuitable electrical current or defective telephone lines; ∙ faulty air conditioning or fluctuations in the electrical current; ∙ failure of the Restaurateur to comply with this Agreement; ∙ accidents, acts of vandalism, intentional or unintentional negligence, water damage, fire, acts of sabotage or any force majeure event.
Data Preservation. Research Data, Digital Research Data and other data, to the extent possible, shall be preserved according to UW’s “Policy on Research Data” (March 24, 2015), which generally provides that data must be “maintained for a period in accordance with all applicable legal requirements and University policies, including: (1) the contractual requirements or federal regulations applicable to any funding that supported the research in which the Research Data were generated; (2) the University’s research misconduct policy; (3) requirements to preserve student records; (4) the Freedom of Information Act and the Wyoming Public Records Act; (5) court orders or subpoenas; (6) reasonably anticipated audits or lawsuits; [and] (7) intellectual property requirements, such as the filing of a patent application.” Data will be stored on a UW file server or PostgreSQL database, ensuring backups, redundancy, and security. UW policy is that beyond the period provided or three years, whichever is longer, and unless other circumstances require longer retention, Data Preservation is the responsibility of the PI and the department or laboratory. Here, CEGR intends to consult with DOE in the event that data need to be preserved for a longer period of time. Data Protection SER’s statement of plans regarding data protection follows. Data protection shall be conducted under all federal and State of Wyoming laws and regulations, as well as UW regulations. SER understands that all used and generated data shall be deemed Unlimited Rights Data. SER generally, and the PI specifically, shall endeavor to not collect, generate or use, during the course of the proposed work, the following: (1) Limited Rights Data; (2) Protected Data; (3) PCII; (4) PII; and

Data Preservation. In addition, in the cases where the consortium decides to share sets of results/data generated by the project (see additional details on the QuIET open access policy in section 4), the QuIET consortium has decided to transfer these datasets to the ZENODO repository (xxx.xxxxxx.xxx). This online repository is hosted at CERN and was created through the European Commission’s OpenAIRE project with the aim of uniting all the research results arising from EC funded projects. It is an easy-to-use and innovative service that enables researchers based at institutions of all sizes to share results in a wide variety of formats across all fields of science. Namely, XXXXXX enables users to: - Easily share the long tail of small data sets in a wide variety of formats, including text, spreadsheets, audio, video, and images across all fields of science; - Display and curate research results, get credited by making the research results citable, and integrate them into existing reporting lines to funding agencies like the European Commission; - Easily access and reuse shared research results; - Define the different licenses and access levels that will be provided for the different datasets. 1 xxxx://xx.xxxxxx.xx/research/participants/data/ref/h2020/grants_manual/hi/oa_pilot/h2020-hi-oa-data-mgt_en.pdf Furthermore, XXXXXX assigns a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to all publicly available uploads, which is particularly relevant for the research data (in the case of publications, this identifier will be assigned by the publisher), in order to make content easily findable and uniquely citable (The DOI can be included as part of a citation in publications, allowing the datasets underpinning a publication to be swiftly identified and accessed). XXXXXX will also ensure secure and sustainable short- and long-term archiving and storage of research data, as these are placed in same cloud infrastructure as research data from CERN's Large Hadron Collider. It uses digital preservation strategies to storage multiple online replicas and backs up data files and metadata on a nightly basis. Items deposited in ZENODO, including all the scientific publications, will be archived and retained for the lifetime of the repository, which is currently the lifetime of the host laboratory CERN (with an experimental programme now established at least for the next 20 years). Therefore, this repository fulfils the main requirements imposed by the EC for data sharing, archiving and preservation of...
