Data PreservationThe Agency agrees to store Agency Data and Non-Agency End User Data in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, policies and ordinances and their associated record retention schedules. As part of Agency’s consideration for paid access and no-fee access to the Flock System, to the extent that Flock is required by local, state or federal law to store the Agency Data or the Non-Agency End User Data, Agency agrees to preserve and securely store this data on Flock’s behalf so that Flock can delete the data from its servers and, should Flock be legally compelled by judicial or government order, Flock may retrieve the data from Agency upon demand.
Data Preservation. The Customer agrees to store Customer Data and Non-Customer End User Data in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, policies and ordinances and their associated record retention schedules. Data PreservationCustomer will create and preserve reasonable backup copies of its data and other business information and records, perform accuracy checks on a routine basis, and take such other precautions as may reasonably be required to detect and guard against possible malfunctions, loss of data, or unauthorized access to Customer’s computer systems.
Data PreservationPrior to any intervention by XxxXxxx or its contractors and as a matter of routine, the Restaurateur must: (a) perform a backup of all data and files; and (b) run the programs intended to prevent any loss, destruction or alteration of the Restaurant’s data. For any request for Installation Support Services, Maintenance Services, or repair and replacement services, the Restaurateur must contact TheFork Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00 Paris time. TheFork or its contractors cannot perform Maintenance Services in the following situations: ∙ if the Hardware configuration was changed and/or software added that is not compatible with the core software; ∙ the use of consumables that are not compatible with the Hardware; ∙ the use of an unsuitable electrical current or defective telephone lines; ∙ faulty air conditioning or fluctuations in the electrical current; ∙ failure of the Restaurateur to comply with this Agreement; ∙ accidents, acts of vandalism, intentional or unintentional negligence, water damage, fire, acts of sabotage or any force majeure event.
Data Preservation. We will keep the information we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy to achieve our business and/or operational purposes or to comply with legal requirements. We have implemented safeguard procedures to protect your information according to industrial standards, and we have restricted access to your information on the server, which is under encryption protection. Nevertheless, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee that the information you deliver to us will be 100% secure. Meanwhile, we establish data nodes all around the world to back up data to be under supervision by local laws. After you uninstall all our software or stop using our services, we will delete all your data within three months. If you clear your data through internal software clicks, we will immediately delete your locally saved data and delete all your data on the server within one month.

Data Preservation. Raw data collected during the course of this project, as well as any reports and/or evaluations will be archived and preserved at Saddleback College at the end of the performance period. Alliance partners and funding agency will be given access to data if requested. All financial records, supporting documents, statistical records and all other records and data pertinent to this project will be preserved by Saddleback College for a minimum of three years after the expiration of the award, in accordance with NSF’s Record Retention and Audit requirements.
