Common use of Data Privacy Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Data Privacy Acknowledgement. The Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of Data contained in Appendix A to the Award Agreement and by participating in the Plan, the Participant agrees to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Company or the Employer, the Participant agrees to provide an executed data privacy consent form to the Company or the Employer (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Company or the Employer) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws of Russia, either now or in the future.

The Participant understands that he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if he or she fails to execute any such consent or agreement.
