Data Privacy Agreements. The Parties shall (i) discuss and determine their respective roles, if any, for further processing Personal Data and (ii) execute any ancillary agreements as may be required pursuant to applicable Data Protection Laws (including, for example, standard contractual clauses pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation for the transfer of data). For clarity, upon execution of the data privacy agreement, the executed version shall become part of this Agreement.
