Data processing and protection terms describe the Parties’ obligations, including under applicable privacy, data security, and data protection laws, with respect to the processing and security of the personal data. 6.2. Under this section the following additional definitions are introduced: Swiss FADP means the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of 19 June 1992 and its corresponding ordinances, in each case, as may be amended, superseded, or replaced. DPA UK means Data Protection Act, 2018 of the United Kingdom.
