Data Processor's undertakings. The Data Processor shall 1. keep any Personal Data received from the Data Controller confidential; 2. ensure that persons authorized to process the Personal Data have committed themselves to confidentiality; and 3. ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to third parties without the Data Controller's prior written consent, unless the Data Processor is obliged by mandatory law or decree to disclose such information.
