The merchant account must be set up to fund to your bank account. You are responsible for all fees and expenses of the merchant account. You must install and run Tyler Web Services to allow us to transfer the necessary data from your system to our servers on a real time basis. Certain information, such as payment information, must be conveyed to you. We will be responsible for transferring such information to you on a regular basis. Tyler Web Services requires a dedicated IP address; assignment of this address is your responsibility.
