Data Protection Assistance Clause Samples
The Data Protection Assistance clause requires one party to support the other in complying with data protection laws and obligations. This typically involves providing information, cooperating with audits, or assisting with data subject requests, such as access or deletion of personal data. Its core function is to ensure both parties can meet legal requirements regarding personal data, reducing the risk of non-compliance and associated penalties.
Data Protection Assistance. The Parties shall promptly make available to each other all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Appendix 1 and Applicable Law, and shall cooperate with relevant Regulatory Authorities.
Data Protection Assistance. Provider shall provide full and prompt cooperation with and assistance to AbbVie with respect to any data protection impact assessments and/or prior consultations that may be required in respect of Processing carried out under the Agreement. Provider shall promptly make available to AbbVie all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Addendum and applicable law, and shall cooperate with relevant government authorities upon request by AbbVie.

We shall provide you with reasonably requested assistance in order to allow you to comply with your obligations under the Data Protection Legislation, including the notification of a Personal Data Breach, assessing the appropriate level security of processing, and assisting you with the performance of a relevant data protection impact assessment.
Data Protection Assistance. 6.1. Service Provider shall provide full and prompt cooperation with and assistance to Company with respect to any data protection impact assessments and/or prior consultations that may be required in respect of Processing carried out under the Underlying Agreement.
6.2. Service Provider shall promptly make available to Company all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Addendum and Applicable Law and shall cooperate with relevant Government Authorities upon request by Company.

Service Provider shall provide full and prompt cooperation with and assistance to AbbVie with respect to any data protection and privacy obligations required for the Processing of AbbVie Personal Information under this Agreement. Such cooperation and assistance shall include but is not limited to completing data protection impact assessments and/or prior consultations that may be required in respect of any Processing carried out under this Agreement, data subject rights requests provided by AbbVie with respect to AbbVie Personal Information, securely deleting AbbVie Personal Information and/or providing AbbVie with a list of AbbVie Personal Information categories or specific elements about a particular individual maintained by Service Provider on AbbVie’s behalf. Service Provider shall respond to such requests within the timeframes requested by AbbVie; provided, however, Service Provider shall complete any data subject rights requests provided by AbbVie within fifteen (15) days of receiving such request.

Pivotchain shall provide prompt cooperation with and assistance to Subscriber with respect to any data protection impact assessments and/or prior consultations that may be required in respect of processing carried out under the Agreement.
