We shall provide reasonable information and assistance to you in relation to any data protection impact assessments you need to complete in order to comply with your obligations under UK or EU Data Protection Laws in relation to our services, to the extent you do not have access to relevant information already and to the extent that such information is available to us.

Upon your obligations under UK or EU Data Protection Laws in relation to our services, to the extent you do not have access to relevant information already request and to the extent that such information is available required by the EU GDPR or UK GDPR, as applicable, we shall provide reasonable assistance to usyou where you are fulfilling your obligations under the EU GDPR or UK GDPR, as applicable by carrying out a data protection impact assessment where: (a) the assessment relates to the Processing of Company Personal Data; and (b) you reasonably require our assistance with prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities.
