Data Protection Liability. The protection of data and information must be ensured in the same way as is intended for the business. Confidential data, information and passwords must be protected in such a way that third parties cannot view or access them. The salaried employee shall be liable for damage caused to the company by the salaried employee in connection with the operation of the off-site workplace in accordance with the provisions of the Employees Liability Act. This also applies to persons living in the same household.
