DATA REPORTS AND FACILITIES. 7.1 University shall, in accordance with established University practice, keep complete, accurate, and authentic accounts, notes, data, and records of the work performed under this Agreement and shall provide Ostex with semi-annual reports within thirty (30) days following the end of each six-month period commencing on the date of this Agreement. University shall also submit to Ostex a written comprehensive final report within ninety (90) days of termination of the Research Program.
