Data Repository and Analytics Suite Sample Clauses
Data Repository and Analytics Suite. PFPC shall provide to each Fund PFPC data repository and analytics suite services as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof (as such Exhibit B may be amended with respect to a particular Fund from time to time), subject to the terms of this Agreement and the terms set forth in such Exhibit B. “Authorized Users” with respect to a particular Fund shall mean such persons as are authorized by PFPC from time to time to access the data repository and analytics suite with respect to that Fund.
Data Repository and Analytics Suite. The Sub-Administrator will provide to the Administrator the data repository and analytics suite services as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit C may be amended from time to time. Persons who are Authorized Persons may access the data repository and analytics suite are set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit D may be amended from time to time.
Data Repository and Analytics Suite. BNYM shall provide to the Fund BNY Mellon data repository and analytics suite services as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit C may be amended from time to time. Persons who are Fund “Authorized Persons” and may access the data repository and analytics suite are set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit C may be amended from time to time.
Data Repository and Analytics Suite. The Administrator shall provide to the Fund the Administrator’s data repository and analytics suite services as set forth on Appendix B attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Appendix B may be amended from time to time. Persons who are Fund “Authorized Persons” and may access the data repository and analytics suite shall be set forth in writing by the Fund and provided on a timely basis to the Administrator, and may be amended from time to time in the same manner.

PFPC shall provide to the Fund the data repository and analytics suite services as set forth on Exhibit Y attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit Y may be amended from time to time. Persons who are Fund “Authorized Users” and may access PFPC’s data repository and analytics suite are set forth on Exhibit Z attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit Z may be amended from time to time.
