DATA SHARE AND PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION a. Scope of Protection. This Section (DATA SHARE AND PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION) applies to Data, information, or Materials related to the subject matter of this Contract which is received, created, developed, revised, modified, or amended by DCYF, the Contractor, or Subcontractors. Such Data, information, and Materials shall include but is not limited to all Confidential Information and Sensitive Personal Information of In-home Caregivers.
