Common use of DATA SHARING AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DATA SHARING AGREEMENT. 16.1 When determined by the Department that sharing of confidential data will occur with the Contractor, the Contractor shall complete the ADES Data Sharing Request Agreement and submit the completed Agreement to the ADES Program Designated Staff prior to any work commencing or data shared. A separate Data Sharing Request Agreement shall be required between the Contractor and each DES Program sharing confidential data.
