Data subject rights - Certificates. The Subscriber can contact the data controller in order to exercise his/her right to access, rectify and, as the case may be, erase, any personal data relating to him/her, in compliance with applicable laws. The TSP may request the Subscriber to provide proof of identity (such as a copy of their ID card or passport), before complying with the request. If the Subscriber feels that the TSP has infringed his/her data protection rights, the Subscriber may submit an official complaint to the supervisory authority of the Member Stateof his/her habitual residence or place of work.
