Data Submission. (1) Within _60_ days after the end of the month in which the Contractor has delivered the last unit of supplies and completed the services specified by item number in paragraph (a) of this clause, the Contractor shall submit in the format of Table 15-2, FAR 15.408, or in any other form on which the parties agree - (i) A detailed statement of all costs incurred up to the end of that month in performing all work under the items; (ii) An estimate of costs of further performance, if any, that may be necessary to complete performance of all work under the items; (iii) A list of all residual inventory and an estimate of its value; and (iv) Any other relevant data that the Contracting Officer may reasonably require. (2) If the Contractor fails to submit the data required by subparagraph (1) above within the time specified and it is later determined that the Government has overpaid the Contractor, the Contractor shall repay the excess to the Government immediately. Unless repaid within 30 days after the end of the data submittal period, the amount of the excess shall bear interest, computed from the date the data were due to the date of repayment, at the rate established in accordance with the Interest clause.
Data Submission. Trading Partner shall prepare and submit or receive TCMIS and other TennCare related data using network connectivity, protocols, and media approved by the State. The addition and deletion by the State of approved submission network connectivity, protocols, and media may occur from time to time. To the extent the deletion of a network connectivity, protocol, or media is contemplated from the approved list, the State shall supply the Trading Partner with ninety (90) days’ notice of the date of impending deletion.
Data Submission. The Contractor shall comply with WorkSafeBC requirements for submission of data, including without limitation invoices, referral mechanisms where applicable, and report forms, and ensure that all data is submitted in the format and via the method specified by WorkSafeBC from time to time. WorkSafeBC reserves the right to change any format or method on 30 days’ written notice to the Contractor, and the Contractor will comply with any change.
Data Submission. County shall submit to CalOptima complete, accurate, reasonable, and timely provider data, encounter data, and other data and reports (a) needed by CalOptima in order for CalOptima to meet its reporting requirements to DHCS, and/or (b) required by CalOptima and CalOptima’s Regulators as provided in this Contract and in CalOptima’s Policies.

Data Submission. Subject to the requirements set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, including Exhibit 3.1, Dialysis Center shall provide certain patient and product data, as specified on Schedule 4.1 (the “Data”) to Amgen (or to a data collection vendor specified and paid for by Amgen) on a calendar [DELETED] basis by the last day of the following calendar [DELETED] (or the next business day if such last day is not a business day). To the extent Amgen requests that Dialysis Center deliver the Data to a designated data collection vendor instead of Amgen directly, Dialysis Center’s delivery of the Data to such data collection vendor shall be considered delivery to Amgen for purposes of this Agreement. Data shall be submitted by Dialysis Center in the format set forth on Schedule 4.1. To the extent Amgen requests that Dialysis Center deliver the Data to a designated data collection vendor, Amgen agrees to cause any such designated data collection vendor to adhere to and be bound by all of the requirements relating to the confidentiality, use and disclosure of the Data hereunder as applicable to Amgen, and any failure by any such designated data collection vendor to act in accordance with such requirements shall be the sole responsibility of Amgen, and Amgen shall be directly liable to Dialysis Center as if Amgen had directly breached any of its obligations or the requirements related to the confidentiality, use or disclosure of the Data as set forth herein.
Data Submission. The FIDA Plan shall submit to CMS and NYSDOH, in the form and manner prescribed by CMS and NYSDOH, the necessary data to calculate and verify the MLR after the end of the coverage year.
Data Submission. Expectation: Full and regular submission of data according to the standards outlined in the Attachment 7 citations. The Contractor must work with Covered California and HEI vendor to ensure accuracy of data variables on an ongoing basis. 10% of At-Risk Amount. Performance Levels: 1. Incomplete, irregular, late or non-useable submission of HEI data: 3% penalty of total performance requirement. Failure to submit required financials (e.g., allowed, copay, coinsurance, and deductible amounts) or dental claims covered under medical benefits constitutes incomplete submission. Full and regular submission according to the formats specified and useable by Covered California within 5 business days of each monthly reporting cycle: no penalty. 2. Inpatient facility medical claim submissions for which the HEI Vendor cannot identify / match at least 95% of admissions to its Master Provider Index: 3% penalty of total performance requirement. Submission meeting or surpassing the 95% identification / matching threshold: no penalty.
