Data to be shared. 3.1 Quality The Parties will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal data processed under this agreement is accurate, kept up to date, and that data which is inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which it was processed, is erased or rectified as soon as is practicable. Shared personal data shall be limited to the personal data described in table 3.4 to this agreement and will be shared only in the manner as set out in table 11.2 therein. Where a party receiving data is notified of inaccurate data by the data subject, this party is obliged to notify the disclosing Party/Lead Agency.
Data to be shared. The parties agree to provide plant protection and quarantine data to each other. The data to be provided to each Party by the other Party includes, but is not limited to, plant protection and quarantine surveys, diagnostic information, detection activities, inspection reports, and pest interception data. Each party is responsible for transmitting the provided data to its own authorized employees, recipients, and contractors, as applicable and necessary, in order to carry out responsibilities under their respective plant health authorities. Each party agrees that it will ensure, to the extent provided by applicable laws and regulations, that data provided by the other party is not released to anyone that is not authorized to receive it.
Data to be shared. Each Participant intends to provide the Data which it deems to be relevant to this ASTD Framework to the Data repository specified in section 3.1 and to make this Data available to all the other Participants using the technical data exchange network (“the Network”) that is created under this ASTD Framework. It is anticipated that the Data will typically include, but not be limited to, Automatic Identification System (“AIS”) vessel tracking information from SOLAS vessels and other vessels carrying AIS transponders, port arrival/departure information and other pertinent ship traffic data as decided by the Participants. The Data may be provided in real-time, from historical data registries, or from aggregated statistical data sources as decided by the Participants, but not presented in real-time. The Participants intend to share the Data on a regular basis.
Data to be shared. 6.1 The Authority will share with the Sponsor the following documents on a Refugee:

Data to be shared. A. Data necessary to satisfy any reporting requirements applicable to NYSOFA under federal law, including but not limited to the Older Americans Act, supporting regulations, and any supplemental instructions issued by federal agencies, as required.
B. Data necessary to satisfy any reporting requirements applicable to NYSOFA under New York State law, including but not limited to those identified in the Elder Law.
C. Data to be used in conducting analytics to allow for more effective and more efficient administration of programs in accordance with the requirements and the goals identified in federal and state law, including but not limited to the Older Americans Act and the New York State Elder Law.
D. Data used by NYSOFA for purposes of monitoring and evaluation of programs administered under its auspices.
E. Data necessary to respond to an emergency, when an emergency has been declared by any federal, state, or local government entity or official with the legal authority to make such declaration, or when such data has been requested by any federal, state, or local government entity or official with the authority to make such request for purposes of responding to an emergency, provided that informed consent for such a disclosure has been obtained from each data subject for whom such data is to be disclosed.
F. Data to be released to third parties for research purposes following an approval process by NYSOFA. Data released for such purposes shall contain no Personally Identifying Information, unless required by law or by court order. NYSOFA will take additional steps to ensure that no data released for such purposes is capable of identifying any individual, such as prohibiting disclosures of data fields containing very low quantities.

Data to be shared. 1. Endo shall continue to share truthful and balanced summaries of the results of all Endo-Sponsored Studies through its publicly available website (see ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/endopharma/r-d/clinical-research):
Data to be shared. Data Provider agrees, to the extent this information is collected, to provide the Data Recipient with a Limited Data Set, which means that all direct client identifiers have been removed, except those identifiers which are requested in the limited data set. Data provider shall make available in a machine-readable format (e.g. csv) encounter-level information.
Data to be shared. 1. The Councils and PSNI involved must only share information that is relevant and proportionate, based on the merits of each case, regarding victims, alleged perpetrators, and associates whether current or historical. Information will only be used for the purpose for which it was requested and will not be shared with any other party.
2. The following information should be used as a guideline: Copies of Police Officer Statements. Copies of Animal Welfare Officers Statements and relevant documentation. Copies of information obtained by Police officers and Animal Welfare Officers during course of initial investigation including statements from relevant parties, Vet statements, Post mortem reports, photographs, CCTV, Officer Camera footage and any other relevant data that may assist with the Animal Welfare investigation. Locating the whereabouts of any person (last known address) sought in connection with an Animal Welfare investigation. Copies of information in relation to historical cases taken by PSNI or Council Animal Welfare units in relation to Animal Welfare. Conviction data that is relevant to the individual named and to the case under investigation.
3. Enquires can be submitted for vehicle ownership data when the vehicle is involved in an animal welfare enquiry or investigation and the need to obtain the information is vital to the enquiry or investigation. When this occurs, the two procedures listed below must be followed:
(1) Critical / Urgent – when there is an immediate pressing need to obtain the ownership details of a vehicle that is: suspected to be involved in criminal activity concerning animals: the information is needed to protect an animal from serious and imminent harm; the vehicle is moving animals at the time and the address of its registered owner is required to permit Council Animal Welfare Officers to immediately visit to seize, search and enforce. If the above is used, Council Animal Welfare Officers must contact their local duty Sergeant or Inspector. This can be followed up by submitting an Animal Welfare Disclosure request form found at Appendix 6.
Data to be shared. The data to be shared includes Personal Identifiable Information (Full Name), Contact Information (Phone Number, Email Address), User Account Information (Customer Number).
