Common use of Data Transfer Clause in Contracts

Data Transfer. a. At the completion of a deliverable, the Engineer shall transfer all State Data associated with that deliverable to the State in a manner and format acceptable to the State. b. Any metadata associated with the State Data transferred must remain attached to that State Data. c. The Engineer shall maintain the appropriate level of data security throughout the transfer of the State Data to State.
