Data Transfer. A. At the completion of a deliverable, Respondent shall transfer all data generated and stored for that deliverable to State in manner and format acceptable to the State. B. Any metadata associated with the data transferred must remain attached to that data. C. Respondent shall maintain the appropriate level of data security throughout the transfer of the data to State.
