Database and Query Services. 10.2.4.1 The LNP database provides the call routing information used by CenturyLink's End Office Switches and Tandem Switches to route CLEC's End User Customer's calls to a ported telephone number or to terminate calls to CLEC's End User Customers using a ported telephone number. CenturyLink shall perform default LNP queries where CLEC is unable to perform its own query. CLEC shall perform default LNP queries where CenturyLink is unable to perform its own query. CenturyLink query services and charges are defined in FCC Tariff #5, including End Office and Tandem Switch Default Query Charges which are contained in Tariff Section 13 (Miscellaneous Service) and Database Query Charges which are contained in Tariff Section 20 (CCSAC Service Applications).
