Database System. Requesting Carrier shall reimburse Ameritech for any additional database charges incurred by Ameritech for errors in updates caused by Requesting Carrier or its third-party agent. Ameritech will confnm receipt of such data and corrections by the next Business Day (where electronic transfer is available) by providing Requesting Carrier with a report in the manner provided in the Implementation Plan of the number of items sent, the number of items entered correctly, and the number of errors. The services offered in this Agreement and the charges set forth at Item I of the Pricing Schedule are based on each NXX residing in a single 9-l-l Selective Router. Requesting Carrier may request that an NXX shall reside in more than one 9-l-l Selective Router; provided that Requesting Carrier shall pay Ameritech a one-time charge as set forth at Item I of the Pricing Schedule per trunk group that is connected to each alternate 9-l-l Selective Router (the “9-l-l Selective Router Software Enhancement Connection Charge”). In the event an Ameritech or Requesting Carrier 9-l-l trunk group fails, the Party that originates the trunk group will notify, on a priority basis, the other Party of such failure, which notification shall occur within two (2) hours of the occurrence or sooner if required under Applicable Law. The Parties will exchange a list containing the names and telephone numbers of the support center personnel responsible for maintaining the 9-l-l Service between the Parties. Ameritech will provide Requesting Carrier all order number(s) and circuit identification code(s) in advance of the service due date. Requesting Carrier will monitor the 9-l-l circuits for the purpose of determining originating network volumes. Requesting Carrier will notify Ameritech if the study information indicates that additional circuits are required to meet the current level of 9-l-l call volumes. Requesting Carrier shall engineer its 9-l-l trunks to attain a minimum grade of service as measured using the “busy day/busy hour” criteria or, at such other minimum grade of service as required by Applicable Law or a duly authorized government agency. Requesting Carrier shall timely provide to Ameritech all information required to complete an “Ameritech Planning Questionnaire and Network in order to appropriately plan, design and implement ordered 9-l-l Service. Database System. The EDMS will be created using the strengths of both TMSSequoia and Microsoft. Microsoft Windows NT, SQL Server, and Internet Information Server will be used to support the database system. These applications will allow the connectivity required by the County. The web server will be capable of processing thousands of queries daily. The database system will be created using SQL Server which is a relational database management system (RDMS). The database schema will be designed using good relational data modeling techniques. Database System. The Database System proposed must support other systems by allowing for lookup of document files by searching on index information associated with a document. The Database system will be a relational database on a Windows NT Server with the capability to handle as a minimum 25-50 directly connected users, or 75-150 indirectly connected users via a secondary web server, performing an average of 5,000 queries per day.   • ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses.   • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor.   • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.
