Date and Denomination of Debentures; Payments of Interest. The Debentures shall be issuable in registered form without coupons in denominations of $1,000 principal amount and integral multiples thereof. Each Debenture shall be dated the date of its authentication and shall bear Interest from the date specified on the face of the form of Debenture attached as Exhibit A hereto.
