Date and Place. The Closing shall take place at the offices of Linklaters LLP in Amsterdam on the fifth (5th) Business Day after the date on which all conditions precedent are satisfied or, as the case may be, waived (the “Closing Date”) or at such other place or on such other date as may be agreed between the Parties.
