Common use of Date and Time of Closing Clause in Contracts

Date and Time of Closing. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions to Closing set forth in this Agreement, the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place as soon as practicable, but in no event later than April 30, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of XxXxxxxxx, Will & Xxxxx, 0000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 or at such other place and time thereafter as shall be mutually agreeable to the parties hereto (the "Closing Date").
