Date and Time. The date and time of the Closing (the “Closing Date”) shall be 10:00 a.m., Hong Kong time, on such date as is specified by the Company and the Buyer, which date shall be no later than the third Business Day after the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions to the Closing set forth in Sections 5, 6 and 7 below and no later than the expiry of four months after this Agreement is signed (or such later date as may be agreed between the parties), at the offices of Sxxxxxxxx and May, 47th Floor, Jxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx or at such other time, date and location as is mutually agreed in writing by the Company and the Buyer.
