Date Confirmation Memo. A memorandum prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, in a form and substance acceptable to Landlord, and delivered to Landlord by Tenant within five (5) days following the occurrence of each Milestone described on the Milestone Schedule, in order to confirm in writing the date on which a particular Milestone occurred; the Parties agree that a particular Milestone shall not be deemed satisfied until Landlord countersigns a copy of the Date Confirmation Memo and returns it to Tenant.
