Common use of Date, Denomination, and Maturities Clause in Contracts

Date, Denomination, and Maturities. The Bonds will be issued in registered form and will mature and be paid pursuant to the provisions of Article II of the Resolution. Interest on the Bonds will be paid to the person or persons and in the manner stated in the Bonds and in the Resolution, until the obligation of the Authority with respect to the payment of the principal of the Bonds shall be discharged in accordance therewith.
