In the event the Company shall elect to redeem all of the outstanding Warrants (other than any Initial Sponsor Warrants or Sponsor Warrants that are held by the Sponsor or any Permitted Transferees) pursuant to Section 6.1 (the “Redeemable Warrants”), the Company shall fix a date for the redemption. Notice of redemption shall be mailed by first class mail, postage prepaid, by the Company not less than 30 days prior to the date fixed for redemption to the Registered Holders of the Redeemable Warrants at their last addresses as they shall appear in the Warrant Register. Any notice mailed in the manner herein provided shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given on the date sent whether or not the Registered Holder received such notice.
