DATE FOR CALCULATION OF SECURED OBLIGATIONS. For the purpose of any distribution by the Security Trustee, the Security Trustee may, by notice to the Beneficiaries, fix a date (being not earlier than the date of such notice) as at which the amount of the Secured Obligations are to be calculated.
