Common use of DATE OF TAKING EFFECT AND OPERATIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

DATE OF TAKING EFFECT AND OPERATIVE DATE. The Scheme set out herein in its present form or with any modification(s) approved or imposed or directed by the Court or any other appropriate authority shall be operative from the Appointed Date but shall be effective from the Effective Date.

The Scheme set out herein in its present form or with any modification(s) approved or imposed or directed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay or any other appropriate authority made as per Clause 17 of the Scheme, shall be operative effective from the Appointed Date but shall be effective operative from the Effective Date.
