Common use of Date of Termination; Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination; Term of Employment. The term "Date of --------------------------------------- Termination" shall mean the earlier of (i) the Expiration Date or (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated (a) by his death, the date of his death, or (b) for any other reason whether or not specified in this Section 5 or for no reason, the date on which such termination is to be effective pursuant to the notice of termination given by the party terminating the employment relationship. For all purposes of this Agreement, references to the "term" of the Executive's employment hereunder shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Date of Termination.

The term "Date of --------------------------------------- Termination" shall mean the earlier of (iA) the Expiration Date as it may be extended from time to time or (iiB) if the Executive's employment is terminated (ai) by his death, the date of his death, or (bii) for any other reason whether or not specified in this Section 5 or for no reason, the date on which such termination is to be effective (which date may not be earlier than the date of the notice of termination) pursuant to the notice of termination given hereunder by the party terminating the employment relationship. For all purposes of this Agreement, references referenced to the "term" of the Executive's employment hereunder shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof November 20, 1995 and ending on the Date of Termination.

The term "Date of --------------------------------------- Termination" shall mean the earlier of (i) the Expiration Date or (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated (aA) by his death, the date of his death, or (bB) for any other reason whether or not specified set forth in this Section 5 or for no reason8, the date on which such termination is to be effective effective, consistent with the applicable provision hereof, pursuant to the notice of termination given by the party terminating the employment relationshiprelationship in accordance with this Section 8. For all purposes of this Agreement, references to the "term" of the Executive's employment hereunder shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof Closing Date and ending on the Date of Termination.
