Common use of Date, Time and Place of Closing Clause in Contracts

Date, Time and Place of Closing. The completion of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall take place at the offices of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx LLP, Barrie, Ontario, on the Closing Date at the Time of Closing, or at such other place, on such other date, and at such other time as may be agreed upon in writing between the Vendors and the Purchaser.
