Common use of Dates of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Dates of Exercise. This option shall become exercisable for the Option Shares according to the Exercise Schedule and shall remain exercisable until the Expiration Date or sooner termination of the option term under Paragraph 5 or 6.

Dates of Exercise.
