Common use of Dates Valid Clause in Contracts

Dates Valid. The prices in the SO are valid for Activities performed within one (1) year of the date of Customer’s execution of the SO. Any Prepaid Days unused after twelve (12) months from the date of the full execution of the SO shall expire without the right of refund.
